Servicios Profesionales Asociados, S.A., was established in 1977

Our aim is to offer corporate services to companies who totally fulfil their auditing needs and the solution of strategic, juridical, fiscal, and consulting problems in a coordinated way, with a global view of the company, according to our clients’ specific necessities.

Later, for the realisation of external audit work, we established:

Registered at the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants with number 15, and being founding partners:

  • PONS & CÍA, S.R.C. Auditores Asociados Censores Jurados de Cuentas

Our Board of Directors is made up of Auditors-Certified Public Accountants, with degrees in Business Administration, Economics and Law.

Each of them has a wide experience in auditing and/or consulting of over twenty years, not only on a national, but also on a international level.

Our Staff include:

       –  Graduates in Economics

       –  Graduates in Law

       –  Bachelors in Business Administration

       –  Technicians in Computer Science

       –  Certified European Financial Analysts

All of them, under the supervision of the Board of Directors carry out specific auditing, consulting and advisory tasks in the financial, juridical, fiscal and financial area.

One of our staff members is a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Wolverhampton (UK).
